Alumni Showdown, Saturday 16 March

Saturday, 16 March marks the showdown of the season as our current Men’s and Women’s teams take on the Alumni XV in the final fixture of the year. It’s a day that always delivers — passion, pride, and plenty of top‑class rugby on display.

We’re proud of the strength, positivity, and togetherness that define the University of Galway Rugby Club, and this event brings all of that to life. With great talent across all squads and the full club community coming together, it promises to be an excellent day out.
